If I may - I think he means when you send out an alert...You say In XYZ for .47 for 5000 shares

Maybe you might say in XYZ at .47 and would buy up to .49

Sometimes people will post got the alert late, had a meeting..dang I missed that one, etc but if they knew it was a good buy still they might still hop in .

I think that is what he meant.
