I agree completely I want it all. That 500K translates into 10 acres of green hard assets & about 5m net annual income stream.

It would take a hell of a lot of money to do what you are suggesting.

And personally I think I would rather have 1 cent for every gallon of gas sold in Los Angeles then to own a gas station there.

It is much smarter business to get a small piece of the PBR output from 10,000 PBRs then to try to own 10,000 yourself
