Do you understand the difference between "issued and outstanding shares" on the one hand, and "authorized" shares on the other? Look, if you don't think it is significant that we will have approximately 325 million shares authorized, but only "approximately 47.4 million" shares of "outstanding common stock", in light of this BOD's history of dilutive financings, then by all means, feel free to keep believing that. Enjoy the view from the beach on your fantasy island.
