Yeah and maybe one of these days, one of these lawsuits will be real. I have seen people post verbage of the lawsuits, but no links. I haven't recieved anything in the mail, email or by telephone. I don't believe any talk of class action lawsuits. At this point, it is just rumor.

Yup! Hell if your pet can get a guardian ad litum appointed they can file suit on their owners. One of our new administration's czars is pushing that one through. There will most probably be a stampede of suits filed against SPNGE. I won't be a bit surprised to see judgments come down on an empty cookie jar. People that pull scams usually have it better planned out than to leave their cookies on the counter for anyone to grab. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.
