If I am right, he just transferred the magazine from IMGW to us. It does appear to fit in with what we are doing, so not complaining. Just trying to figure everything out here. Oh, if he could just give us another contract tmrw or Monday we would be golden!

Keep an eye on the share structure... He diluted the heck out of IMGW before the STLK transfer & R/S... Just a heads up.
