If you knew anything you would know they never raised anywhere close to $6 mil. Furthermore, you have no idea where all those shares are right now and whether 10 mil or 200 mil actually hit the market. I want all the answers too but unlike you I will not trash this just to buy cheaper.

I'm not sure what Form 504 is. Is it the form that company officials have to file in anticipation of selling shares of company stock?
