Yes I am a filipina, although I grew up in the states, moved here over 23 years ago. My father still leaves there, don't know if you've heard of him, he ran for counselor 2 years ago. Pedro de la Llana Jr., son of the late filipino writer and editor Pedro de la Llana Sr.
