Trial is for non-payment of debt and for violating the terms of Aero's sponsorship agreement with NASCAR.

Nothing Good is going to come from the lawsuit.

In fact the lawsuit was just expanded to include Hunsucker, Aero's ex-President and to include the holding company, Aero itself.

yep i understand
and to be honest
you and i both know
that a stock can run
for no apparent reason

where it stands now <since june>
i'd treat aerp/e as a lotto play

i do find it interesting
nite and her minions now
have the pps at .0002 ~
with the maestro sitting
at .0003 on the ask ;-)

would love to see the trial
turn out in aero's favor but
since june i'm just presuming
the worst
