I am clear on everything except why you still own your shares of pphm. Could you explain again your rationale as it makes absolutely no sense to me how you could hold PPHM shares with an absolute 100% negative attitude about the stock's chances for appreciation.

As I said, I have trusted the wrong people in the past and hope this is not another example of it.

but, I still believe that before The Vanguard Group, Barklays Global, or Bank of America bought a single share, they did their homework.

I also believe that Government oversight though inconsistent, does occur. External Quality Assurance Program Oversight Laboratory was set up to police the criteria for government grants to companies like Peregrine.

Does any of this count? I don't know. But for now, I like the research numbers, and the potential for a home run as long as we don't get rained out.
