Original...A question.

In picking the 25 how do you count say a Group and then one of it's members breaks away for a solo album or even a career away from his/her main group?

Example: The Beatles and then each member went on to have their own seperate careers? Ditto The Yardbirds and guys like Jeff Beck, Jimmy Page and Eric Clapton?

Do we count each seperately?

Rock and Roll POLL UPDATE!

To date there are not nearly the entries to the Rock and Roll Poll....(described at the post I am replying to)

There have been only 7 entries to date and their are 87 Rock Performers or Bands nominated. 16 of those are clear leaders in the Top 25 so far.

Since there is not a clear concensus regarding the TOP 25 choices, Phase one is hereby extended to a deadline of November 15, 2002.

Please Private Message your Top 25 Selections to me by November 14, 2002.

I will be PMing this message to Bob and Matt in hopes that they will consider featuring this POLL on the Homepage. I also hope that Bob will allow us to use the new Polling Feature to whittle the Top 25 down to the Top Ten and then the Top Five as outlined in the original post regarding the "contest".

If you have not yet submitted your selections, please Private Message me now with your Top 25 selections soon.
