As I said ad nauseum, mgmt does not want the light to shine because mgmt doesn't own that many shares. Most of the folks on this board own more shares then mgmt. Why is mgmt having follow up calls on the proxy? The incentive plan and hopefully they have some fear of prop 4.
Hopefully mgmt gets reamed at the shareholder mtg. My bet is mgmt cuts it short and doesn't stick around for many questions. Those attending might call the venue and make sure mgmt has enough time to face the music.
