A quick CMKX OS/CIM “pro rata” piece…

CMKX OS per DTC from UCAD Multiple = 779,625,779,625
OTCBB Multiple for CIM = .0256
Total CIM Shares = 40,000,000,000

Since,
779,625,779,625 x .00000962 = 7,500,000 (rounded for UCAD)

Then,
779,625,779,625 x .0256 = 19,958,419,958 (rounded for CMKX)

Then also,
40,000,000,000 - 19,958,419,958 = 20,041,580,042 (Restricted CIM shares + Previously Awarded CIM shares holders)

This could also explain what is meant from the “pro rata” that is mentioned in the CIM dividend PR. I take “pro rata” to mean proportioned. Maybe this is how things are to be proportioned from the information transpired in the UCAD distribution process for the upcoming CIM.

40,000,000,000 = Total CIM Shares
19,958,419,958 = Total CMKX “Legit” OS/Float
20,041,580,042 = Restricted CIM shares + Previously Awarded CIM shares holders
75,000,000,000 = Known CMKX shares part of OS (restricted to Nevada Minerals)

If this is the case, then…

75,000,000,000 + 19,958,419,958 = 94,958,419,958 Possible CMKX OS?

Only a quick thought that might have some merit to justify an OS slightly under 100 Billion from some already known information. Gotta go!
