just too familiar with the *trades* done with regularity on aerp/e to believe that those 10M blocks are dilution .. obviously i don't know it for a fact .. but if folks want to believe that .. fine by me ..
until the nascar trial is out of the way .. i'd presume the worst on aerp/e
including *mccoy* not filing the 10K <due end of sept .. hence the *e* being slapped on> aerp/e being delisted back to the pks .. and at some point a r/s
then when all *legal* issues are dealt with i'd expect the status to change back to a *shell* and some crap co. to be r/m'd into aerp ~
unless something *radically* changes with peacock/mccoy and their MO .. between now and next year <my time frame>
