legal no need to convince me of anything. Like I said if Sec finds no wrongdoing good luck lawyers making that suit go forward. Audits and Sec checking if did anything wrong. Sorry discovery will use all that data for any case. Good luck winning a suit if auditors and Sec fine nothing wrong. IMO if not bad enough for Sec to file charges goods luck with the case. SPNG can file to have dismissed when suit tries to go forward. Like I said it all depends on what audits and Sec fine. Until then no suit means much unless they both find problems.

A lot of speculation yet no one here are the auditors or Sec. That means they do not have what auditors will be looking at or Sec.
