Legal I agree but if no wrong found by Sec good luck with that suit. It will be before it goes forward up to courts to let it go or dismiss. Seems if cleared by Sec SPNG lawyers would file to have dismissed. Again IMO but if Sec fines nothing to charge them with like I said and I will add IMO lawsuit has no merit.

but havent they already issued supoenas? a lot faster than the discovery process...
