they've always been there. It isn't news, I think yahoo just reposts about company's financials being available. Sort of self promotion of their content is my GUESS. They have been there since I started my DD back in April/May.
I would imagine that Yahoo get's their info directly from 10Q's, (no company directly sends Yahoo their Financial information)so if there's no updated 10Q, then Yahoo wouldn't have any new information.
