The 10K looks really good. No liabilities, and a large accumulated deficit for a merging company to use for tax purposes.
It is definately ready.

yes not much info on them. hopefully they line up something good tho. still waiting but it look to be coming together fairly well, yet slowly of course.

I was doing some digging on the 10K but could not find much on Top Growth Holdings Group or Jeanie Look.

I did find out some info on Redgie Green as he got 25K shares per the 10K... Here is what I found looks like he is the current president of Sun River Energy...
