Take a look at ClayTrader's chart analysis for some TA.

500_and_Long has a post detailing an email response from Dennis regarding the S-1 filing, PPS, etc.

On a personal note, I am moving in funds for EOW. I'm waiting until then to grab more. Do I expect the PPS to be here or lower...don't know, I feel the potential of the company is not currently reflected in the PPS. I am also a long term holder.
