That pic was most likely taken well over a year ago.

The first time I looked at Google Street View for my house was in Fall 2007. Its still the same picture.

From that map you posted go south along valle rd you will see some red roofed buildings in the back lot there are a couple of rv's and a boat. That is where the pbrs are. Its an old satillite photo from when the property was run by an automobile dealership. You might have better luck using google earth.
