What would you think the ramification of 4.6 million new shares have on Mnta's price?
Initially the cash ($46 mil) should balance out with the increased number of shares but because Momenta has no cash flow that "extra" $46 million will vanish within 7 to 8 eight months. Sadly, the shares won't vanish.
Momenta's market cap currently stands at $414 mil which isn't exactly chump change.
