IMHO they would be looking for considerable long term Revenues and Dividends for debt financing of these proportions.

they would also be looking at a sizable equity position based on a good interest rate.

IMHO that would be 3 to 4oo Mil shares based on an interest rate of 5 to 6%.

A large interest rate could actually hurt a large equity position.

That is exactly what I would look at if I had the money to provide LTF here.

I would also demand an end to dilution and a serious reduction in O/S either retiring equity backed shares to the treasury or a buy back program.

I would only tolerate a Reverse slpit to move to a big board.

It would be a complete diaster to do it just to move to the OTC BB IMHO.

There are lots of other details I would insist on for a financing deal.

If our LTF gets an equity position it will commit them to the success of the company even more that the interest they would expect to collect IMHO.
