I,ve been trying to think of what function Scanbuy and other campaign managers will serve. With NEOM going directly to Neustar and Neustar serving as bill collector. What are they offering that can't be done in-house w/ the advertising firms? Think about it!
If "dropping their respective lawsuits" means settlement, I think it is likely and desirable. I am not SURE there will be a settlement.
If "carrying on with business" means they will both be in business afterward, I think it is very likely. I don't see one of the parties agreeing to settle by going out of business.
