What is the difference with Neo and Scan patents? why would the Ustpo grant patents to both parties utilizing the same tech? I have been doing my own research and it seems the patents basically do the same thing! Decode, Direct etc. etc...Why is Scan such a threat to us, if we own the indirect method?

Well, their wording claims "Granted" patents..which would exclude pending ones..

Are these patents known as prior art and been considered irrelevant?

This is is the first time I see Scanbuy been granted a patent that involves decoding a barcode and communicating with a server. Any threat from this?
