It would be great if we could get some answers Richard. I guess I will have to call Charles myself. No one on here seems to ever have any real Substanitive information. It is rare to get an informative post with some good insight on here.

Wanting to remain a pink and stating it publicly??
Well, I don't really know why anyone would "want" to remain a pink and become more successful as a business. This truly perplexes me every-time i see you ask this again richard. I have been watching to see if anyone with knowledge of such a thing would post but to no avail. One thing stands out to me... Why "publicly" state this? This is, in my opinion, a temporary sabotage play in order to keep large chunk buyers out for now. Perhaps when answering the question he only was thinking about short term projection so that no one would keep on him about longer term vision. Again to state this out there in the open seems to intentionally deter high roller investors. Why would someone want to do this? Perhaps to keep share pps down before retirement or buyback. I must remember that in some ways running a business and being a "pink-stock" are two different things with some relatedness. If you could bring rain with a rain dance, wouldn't you delay the dance until you had bought, plowed and sown your seed first.??? Wouldn't you delay the dance until your dam was built to hold the water?

I will repost my thoughts on these matters given since I joined this board.

First of all there plenty of Pink sheet stocks trading well over a dollar and some over a hundred.

One of the main reasons to move away from the Pinks is to raise Capital.

Large Revenues and Dividends will be even more effective to raise Capital and that is exactly where we are heading IMHO.

The huge financial cost, time and infrastructure to be Fully Reporting is massive in time, energy, and infrastructure to stay current is far larger than most realize or accept.

It would likely take three to four full time staff as well as numerous others participating just for starters.

I am not even going to go into it again.

Mark does not have to go into a higher exchange at this point IMHO.

He just needs to stay afloat and overcome all the major issues and the smaller one will all fall into place.

I thinK LTF is the most pressing issue but next to that probably getting us to two or three trucks loads of concentrate per day has got to be one of the next priorities.

Revenues and Dividends will reward Pinkies far more than Financial Statements IMHO.

They would go nice together though.
