Laforza has a court ordered injunction to continue to have the factory in Italy off public limits until a dispute between American executives and the individual they are working with (in Italy) reach an agreement on their financial arrangements. In other words, it's closed.
It will be as long as 120 days before anyone knows whether an agreement will reach public knowledge. I wouldn't expect the stock to trade above a penny or two, until that time.
