It will be based on the current pps of BEHL at the time of the merger.........which is one of the problems with this,IMO. It could be @ .05 or .005..........who knows??

Yes, there will ba an allocation from your original BEHL basis into the Global shares.

It is a transaction that, dependent upon your share count, you may want to see your tax accountant about as they can be kind of tricky.
