Edited: It was the Oct 5th PR that first included the language on 30 patents, which was subsequently removed just on the ScanBuy site, but not on the sites which recelved the PR initially:

Also, if you search back, someone pointed out PRs back in mid Sept where ScanBuy used that language, but I don't have search function and can't remember who said it.
