Last word was that the preferred shares have not changed hands, or maybe not all signed on, so still in process. Personally I thought the revelation yesterday, that BCND would not be taken private, was as important. Of course this is not etched in stone, but does indicate we shareholders will still be around to kick around the pros and cons as well as share in profits from growth. This instead of just being paid off and told to go away. jmo
It was just a PR to try to pump the stock again. We probably won't hear much about it until next spring when they try to move it again. By then there should be some more bushes cut down around the glass factory and perhaps even the old cars will be removed.
