They're going to need a private placement

Obviously they cant raise funds or interest in their company when the share price requires a microscope.

CNGL just received a placement of $11M to expand and grow product lines. GDHI o the other hand is counting on a few thousand winos and mints on hotel pillows to boost their revenue.
