I disagree. Fisher stated in an interview that he has an offer to produce as much spirulina as he can for $9,000 per ton.

He clarifys in this pr from 09/01/09 Notice "build and operated:

Dennis Fisher, President of BioCentric today commented, " I would like to clarify that the San Juan facility is primarily our corporate headquarters and testing facility, the closed loop photobioreactor systems we are manufacturing on site are in fact test units for the 10 acre full scale systems the company is planning to build and operate later this year.


Also, from a previous PR note the word production These are to be company owned and they will profit from them:

"The company is also avidly pursuing raw land for the creation of ALGAE farms in the San Juan Capistrano region to further expand the ALGAE production outputs for both alternative fuels and nutritional supplements."

No it would not send customers running. It would demonstrate that they too can make lots of money. The markest are large enough for many players and BEHLs own direct participation will not be their main focus, PBRs, management fees, and residules will be. Also they have agreements that give back to BEHL for resale the waste alage from the diesel pbrs. They will sell that for animal feed. The prs make this very clear.
