Yonah is a 65 nm dual core mobile chip, I have been told.
If the part about 65nm is correct then Intel is far ahead of anyone else in getting to 65nm. They are currently the only significant company with 90nm running smoothly. The wheels fell off at IBM and AMD is just starting. To already have a (allegedly) dual core processor in process on 65nm is quite impressive.
