we have chosen not to offer this security for purchase due to clearing and settlement issues

Why is that? Hummmm all other brokerages will trade....just seems to be Scottrade that is frozen.

And the 44M volume on friday was covering of shorts and naked shorts by NITE and Scottrade...I best my portfolio on it.
