Kerry would be more willing to look at other avanues...at least he would not attack a country if there was no imminent threat.
Bush ideology is causing a lot of friction the global economy...at least kerry is a realist and not a black/white thinker and that's what the global economy needs.
Al-qeada loved it when Bush attacked Irak...now a breeding ground for terrorists and an incentive for other extremeists to join the war against the Western world and especially the US and Israel.
