PHEI was revoked. The shares were not recalled, they were declared permanently worthless. If you call all three of your brokers, they should let you know the bad news. You may have to tell them that the stock is revoked and I bet 2 out of 3 will have no clue.

Why do you think that PHEI never addressed the suspension or revocation with the investment community? No Press Releases or anything.
