I agree Panter, just don't have established torts at this point to give standing, though they do look ominous. Perhaps premature is the correct term. If the SEC finds what they're looking for, then full steam ahead. If SPNGE comes out squeaky clean which I admit doesn't look real likely, then the suit would be frivilous at that point. I want to see the SEC look into who has been manipulating the SP for the last 18 months and that would be another avenue a law firm could pursue and should have been done long ago IMO. I find it a bit odd manipulation of the SP isn't mentioned.
