and that's what you found .. who knows if more went out and was not posted as fees for promotion ..
can't tell you how many times I have found companies handing out cash and stock to friends and relatives for so called advertising and promotions and other general charges not related to promotions - receiving kick backs or special favors
not saying it happened here - but could have = SEC investigation & lawsuits discovery will uncover much
