The Viking is pretty well core in all accounts.. The runup while great has not been spectacular like PMT.UN and it's paying me 17% rent on my cost base. That's not considering the last couple of months of POO mania. Unless oil is going back to sub 30$ to stay... which I'm betting against.. but I've said before I'm also surprised oil has not corrected yet... soon :O)
Notice McGinty here is making noise about going back on the promise to cut all coal plants by 2007 ? in favour of NG cause nuclear is a dirty word... :O)
