I doubt the 10 K will ever come out, but if it does I have no doubt the number is in the ball park.
Can you give me one good reason why M&M raised the class B voting shares to 28 million (2,8 billion voting shares in effect) when the previous 25 million would have easily sufficed if the old numbers were correct?
Also why did they raise the AS to 3 billion? There is always only one reason.. headroom.
I "speculate" the new AS was in anticipation of the flood of buying caused by the phony .68 buyout PR that was no doubt coming had the SEC not stepped in.
But for the sake of your post, any logical reason for the increase to 28 million class B shares when they already had 25 million, will suffice
