Flptrnkng : No company can exit a Chapter 11 re-organization / protection bankruptcy IF there are fraud convictions . The BK Judge would either dismiss the Chapter 11 and permit the natural consequences of lawsuits to ensue , or the Judge could move the Chapter 11 to a Chapter 7 liquidation .

Yeah, and No. 2 will result in the cancellation of all shares. Management's silence is deafening as well as indicting. Time to provide a little transparency to the shareholders. What a novel idea, eh?
