actually that's not true...

many times there are situations where the SEC will not get involved... I've heard them say "Sorry, that would be a civil action"

what does that mean - shareholders have to hire their own lawyers to enforce securities violations... wake up

All i can say is read the complaint, in full.

SEC halted SPNGE because they have no idea what they are up to. Now is the time you want to file a class action.

All i know is that SPNGE will have their hands full for sometime now....imo
