I think that Dew's argument that the yes votes will have it, because those who would vote no are going to sell beforehand is wrong for two reasons:
1. Cor management has strongly indicated that a deal is imminent, so nobody is going to sell at these levels when some kind of a pop can be expected (on MV's word). This can go on right up until the vote comes due, and anyone trying to get out then is going to be selling at such a cratered price that it will hardly be worth it.
2. At $0.20 or less, you're really not saving much by selling. Absent a deal, if the no votes take it, cor would be forced to liquidate, which would likely generate more money for shareholders than selling at <$0.20 would. It makes more sense to stick around and vote.
So far 2.8M shares' worth of no votes have been tallied here if they don't get something done before the share expansion comes to vote. I find it hard to believe that those who have bought BAM shares are going to go along with a share increase if no deal is closed before then. If even only some of them vote no, it won't happen.
