It seems E*Trade is not using .00000962 as the ratio. If so, not only did they round down, but they kept several WHOLE shares for themselves.

Does anyone know what official rate E*Trade is using.

It appears to be about .000009

Yes. I got 99 shares for 11 million of CMKX. Etrade

I just spoke with customer service. Everyone with Etrade was paid at the ratio of .000009 rather than the appropriate .00000962. They don't have a company response yet, but I recommend everyone call and log an inquiry. The more who respond, the more quickly it will be resolved, I would imagine. The number is 1-800-STOCKS-5.
