SAN FRANCISCO (CBS.MW) -- Blue Coat Systems fell 7.5 percent in late trading Thursday after the company announced that Chief Financial Officer Bob Verheecke plans to resign but will remain at his post until a replacement is found. The company said Verheecke is leaving "to pursue opportunities with earlier stage companies and turn-around opportunities." The stock was last at $17.20 after closing at $19.67.
