i hear you, mike. fwiw, i spoke to dean recently and he said they would be addressing this issue about the share structure and update us on the buyback "right away". the man was really busy, and this is all he would say on the subject.
as you suggested, there is probably going to be a positive impact on the share price when they issue that type of news. if that's the case, and if they want to get volume sellers out as cheaply as possible, it seems to me they might be holding off on transparency near term for the greater good.
i realize we're going over some of the same ground in posts tonight, but these issues are all related to one degree or another.
