It appears Dean is issuing PRs to give those selling shares a market to sell into. Jose at Equititrend (IR) told me that Dean came to their office on 9/22/09 and told them he had already issued O/S up to 400M, this is the week after QASP issues a PR saying they will begin the buyback early the following week. Jose told Dean he should not issue PRs about a buyback if he was still issuing shares. Dean told him then that 400M would be the max. Issue another PR about the buyback starting, O/S increases again. Now we are up to 420M.
Reading iBox we see some impressive people being part of this company. I am still holding the original shares I bought. Just very troubling how this CEO operates.
