Keep 'em coming. I agree with your point on substance abuse beyond illicit drugs. But to the conversation one person raised about going after the drug users rather than, say, the poppy farms of Afghanistan, I think we both agree that the source is the better way to target the drug war, rather than trying to rehabilitate every individual.
