so if they got notice in 2005 of counterfeit(not nss), then it's their responsobility and all Megas has to do is prove he notified them what the correct cusip number is.

hmm, what if when/if this trades and startes getting shorted Megas were to announce a new CUSIP, energy source, and a Mandatory cert exchange.
How would that work???
