I see where GN is coming from with this document not appearing to be a letter, however, all that this means is the term "letter" is open to interpretation. Regardless of what we may deem a letter, this is what was submitted and labeled as such. Unfortunately, our interpretation does not matter much to the OTS.

- this is not the offical document you think it is --- its a newsletters thats it ... if it was the letter you think then why would they put all the information about it being sold to JPM --- if this was THE letter that your stating it would specifically state what they want before an actual seizure takes place... the Actual letter should be BEFORE the actual Seizure right?
