I share your frustration.
However, stop panicking for a minute, step back and look at the big picture.

The sum total of the parts is much greater than each part.

This company is doing things right. Unfortunately, deadlines cannot always be met.

I really think that if you are brave enough to stick it out, you will be rewarded.
