although i am somewhat tired of the what ifs we really have no choice in this waiting period so i will throw another one out there
the company was battling manipulation from naked shorts. they embellished their 08 sales (actually from 07) and we will see a restatement of those figures. BUT their 09 figures are legit along with a reduced OS as they have promised. what do you think will happen to the stock price in this scenario?
